How much is shipping

Shipping rates are calculated based upon the weight of your orders. *includes insurance

How long does shipping take? 

We process orders as quickly as possible. Check your email for updates. Standard U.S Shipping will arrive in 3-7 business days. All orders placed before 11am ET on Monday through Friday, will usually arrive in 3 days. 


What is your return and exchange policy? 

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Illnurse E-Gift Card.


Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy:


Items must be sent back within 15 days of the delivery date.


Items must be unworn and unwashed


Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.


All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.


Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please contact us via e-mail: illnursealert@illnurse.com


Illnurse is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
